HELLO!!!!
I don't know how to express the joy that i have in my heart right now!! I feel like ammon as he was rejoicing to the point that his brethren thought he was boasting, i honestly believe that my biggest trial right now is to saty humble. That has been a struggle for me my whole mission but i feel the lords help now more than ever before!! I have had the best week of my mission so far!! On Tuesday we received a Mormon.org referral for Apple, she learned in Thailand for 1 year, and she was never baptized, she came here to live with her sister for 6 months and wants to be baptized!! Her baptism is this Saturday at 7pm!! WHOO!!! Also Kris Krekow was baptized this past Saturday. We found out that against all odds, even opposing family he made the decision to be baptized because he knew it was true!! GOD IS A GOD OF MIRACLES!!! my new favorite scripture and my new mission scripture is 2nd Nephi 27:23 which says "For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be according to their faith."
We had a multiple districts blitz this week in Cougar Mountain. Elder Aiken and I went out and tracted an apartment complex after tracting one building and grabbing a sweater from the car we said a prayer pleading for the lords help in allowing us to find someone who needed our help and who we could put on date for baptism. I felt strongly prompted to go to building D, while running there Whitney was placed in our path. We taught her and boldly told her we were sent by god to change her life. With tears in her eyes she told us she cant remember the last time she felt happy. We put her on date for January 21st and as she said the closing prayer she thanked God for being able to feel an ounce of peace and told Him she was willing to do anything to feel that more on her life!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!! I love this work with all of my heart, might, mind, and strength and now i know that God cares for people everywhere and he is preparing the people!!

Trevor
Has been busy teaching a family on his P. so there has not been a lot of writing from him. Here's his last letter.
This week was amazing! We had a zone conference and it was truly inspiring. Elder Bjarnson and i were sadly not being exactly obedient. It was nothing really bad, but we came to find out that it is the little things that stop us from the ig blessings. President larkin pretty much called everyone to repentance. Our whole mission is not doing very well and we are not a very obedient mission. At the zone conference I recieved insperation to know what i needed to change, i did it right then and there. That night i prayed pleading for forgiveness. I felt so horrible, i felt like i should not even try to ask for forgiveness, not even care. I had thoughts like "just go home, you already messed up." and "your wasting everyone's time here" It was so hard!!! I didnt give up, i stayed there for 2 hours, praying for forgiveness, i did not get up until i felt something from God. Let me tell you, it was incredible. I literally felt His arms around me and i knew i was ok, i know now that God is pleased with me being on my mission, as long as i keep repenting and striving i will have a succesfull mission. I know the lord will bless me with experiences that will sustain me in my testimony for the rest of my life. I love my mission. I love you!!!!!!

This week was amazing!!! It seems like the six week famine in Seattle 1 A has ended! We have been really focusing on getting into every members home and been focusing on them being able to trust us. So far it has been working great! We taught 8 member lessons this week and most of them were mebers that we have never been to thier house before! We had a miracle with Ivan this past week. So if you remeber we have been working with Ivan for a long time, and the major obstacles were, he wanted no doubt before he was baptized, and he needed to get married to his GF before he could get married, but both have been married before and neither one wanted to get married. We went to thier house and out of the blue Ivan told us that they are getting Married and that they are probably setting a date in June!!! it's so exciting President, i Love this man and i have wanted im to be baptized forever!!! Now he has finaly gained a testimony of the Book of Mormon, so all is well!
Another Miracle happened this week, We were at the "after Party" of the baptism on saturday and our ward clerk called us and told us there is a man on the phone that wants to be mormon. We called him and set up a time that day to go see him. His name is Aaron Hatcher, he is 26 and we met outside a Starbucks, we taught him basic principles and just got to know him. we were trying to figure out a ride to church for him the next day and our ward is kind of difficult to get rides. Low and Behold A member couple walks by and they agree to take him to church. We were able to put him on date for May 21st and he will do anything and everything necissary to accomplish this goal! After Church we took him on a Church tour with the members who gave him a ride. Since he is single and 26 we are handing them over to University, but as long as he gets Baptized, i'm ok with that! :)

This week was great, but a little slow. Transfer calls were this week and i
get to stay in my Area, with my same companion, things are gonna explode in this
area! We had a miracle of finding 6 people to put on date for Baptism in a week,
but 4 of them have fallen off and we cannot get a hold of them, we are not
discouraged just yet and we try many many times to get a hold of them, its just
really sad.

One of our investigators name is Svetlana. She is 19 and adopted from
Russia. She has some issues and doesn't hang out with the right kind of people.
We had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, we decided to take the Maxwell's
with us (the senior couple missionaries searving in our ward). She apparently
ran away the day before and the police were searching for her with no luck. She
swore she would never come back and that she hated it at her house with her
parents. We got a phone call that she had come back because she remebered we
were comming, the next day we rushed over there and when we got there Svetlana
would not smile or talk at all, except to put down her mother sitting right next
to her. it was a hard lesson, then we started teaching about Christ. The spirit
was deffinetly there, by the end of the lesson she was smiling and laughing and
just beaming. It was the greatest spirit i have felt in a lesson so far on my
mission. Her mother, a practiing jew, wants us to come back and with tears
thanked us for helping her daughter, we have a return appointment for thsi
thursday.

We recieved a phone call form the assistants, again, asking if we could
help a lady move, of course we did. She was newly married and found her husband
cheating with multiple woman he is finding online. she had to be out that day
before he came home, She is not a memeber, we helped as best we could but she
was just so broken and stressed and she just sat and cried praying out lound for
help. We taught her about the priesthood and gave her a blessing, we
accomplished more in that next hour than we had in the previous 3. She was also
lively and cracking jokes and actually smiling. After, her father tried to pay
us, of course we refused, we didnt think much of it and left. Her father and her
and now investigating the church in federal way because of our example. I'm not
trying to brag, but people notice and want to know why we are different, the
best missionaries in my opionion lead and begin there work by example.
I let my companion cut my hair, it's so expensive out here and we dont have
a lot of money so i let him. It's a number 4 all around, ahahaha. I look so
different, its not bad and i dont have to do anything to it after the shower,
but i dont know if i like it ya know? Last, we had a overwhelming miracle
happen, in my ward there are two sets of elders, one covers Queen Anne and
Downtown (me), and the other covers Magnolia and Ballard. Sarting this morning
there are no more boundries. Seattle 1 A and 1 B are now just Seattle 1. We all
cover all four areas and whoever you find, you teach. I love you all, thanks for
the support and prayers talk to you soon!

Hello,
This week was the most amazing week of my mission so far!! Miracle after
miracle after miracle has been happening! On Tuesday morning we get a call from
our zone leaders, they tell us that they have been praying and they feel like we
can put someone on date for Baptism today, we were excited and determined to
work hard. Later that morning, we recived a call from President Larkin promising
us that we can put someone on date for baptism, by that time were were so
excited and so inspired, we were going to do everything we could to put someone
on date that day. To top it all off we recieved a very similar call from the
Assistants telling us the same thing!!!! We knew this was going to happen and
that the lord was going to bless us. We did everything we could. We found a girl
that let us teach her, we committed her to Baptism, she declined she said she
would call us later to learn more. There was a potential Elder Bjarnson
remebered about and we decied to go and see her. She told us to teach her
daughter, she is now a new investigator and we are planning on teaching her and
her mother next week! A less-active member called and invited us to dinner and
said she was bringing 2 non-members for us to teach, we were so excited!!! We
had already planned on going on exchanges so i left and apparently that lesson
didnt go very well. The next day we were bummed, we felt like failures. We were
givin this amazing promise and we didnt accomplish it. President Larkin, you
called us that morning and renewed our faith by telling us they are still out
there. We planned a whole day of finding, and at 8:00pm we actually planned as a
back-up plan a miracle. We were conatcting and we needed to make a pit-stop, so
we headed over to the church, Elder Bjarnson looked at me and said "it's 7:30
and we havent found someone, what are we going to do?" I said we should kneel
and pray. We went to the chapel and i gave the most heartfelt and sincere prayer
i have ever givin. I was in tears pleading with my father in heaven to bless us
with this miracle. I felt impressed to go to Nishani and Sean's house. We found
them while contacting about 2 weeks ago. We rushed over there. We were able to
put them on date for March 19th. My testimony of prayer has increased so much! I
have learned to never give up and to always be believing, this is how i know
that this is God work, because he is willing to help us when we ask.

Dear Avid Readers,
This is week number 13...... I think..... Anyway this week was
amazing! I loved it, one of m favorite weeks so far. As you remember i am in
downtown Seattle, here everyone is in a huge rush to go everywhere, we meet so
so so many new people but no one has the time or even wants to talk to us. Our
average lessons per week is 5 or less. That sounds pathetic, it's because it
is.

Everything i am wearing, well besides the suit jackets it hug on me
now! haha I could jump out of a plane and be completely ok because i have
parachute pants on! As much as i want them to be they are not in style, darn.
I get some funny looks sometimes but i don't think many people really notice.
Our mission is going through a lot of changes right now, well just one
really, NO MUSIC ALLOWED besides hymns, crazy huh!? well he doesn't restrict the
artists, they just have to be hymns.
